Turkle & Associates and Phases Skin Care and Laser Center now have the ability for our patients to make payments on-line. There are a few instructions we would like to provide before you proceed.
- You may pay using MasterCard, Visa or Discover.
- The Billing Account Information is the Card Holder’s information.
- Use the Comments box to provide the name of the Patient, if different than the Card Holder, as well as the patient account number and any special instructions.
